ADSI's technology and support offices are located in Mexico City, Panama City, Caracas and Miami, so that we can efficiently provide full implementation and technical support anywhere in the Latin America and Caribbean region. With a general manager in charge of each office, clients are assured the highest level of attention including the support of sales staff, implementation specialists, developers and programmers who have all been trained and certified by our principal vendors. We also get technical software support from Postilion, OpenCard, FitBank and Smart-Coop for implementation and certification, as well as the regular annual software releases.

Our technicians all have experience and expertise in both VISA and MasterCard certifications, and have extensive years of software and hardware industry experience and expertise. They provide full onsite training, followed by advanced training at software vendor facilities, to enable clients to fully maximize their usage of the software solutions.
